IT Health Check introduction

Start with a clearer picture of your business IT.

Tell us what is working, what is slowing your team down and what you want to improve. We will discuss whether a Guardian IT Health Check is the right next step.

What we will talk about

Three things, in plain language

Daily interruptions

What breaks, slows down or confuses your team in a normal week, and how long it takes to get fixed.

Who is responsible

Who looks after accounts, devices and backups today, and what happens when that person is unavailable.

What is coming up

New hires, a new office, new software, an insurance renewal or aging equipment you know you will need to replace.

What to expect

A short, useful conversation

  • 15 minutes with Emma Sitton. Bring your questions.
  • No passwords or remote access needed. We start by listening.
  • A clear next step. If a closer technical review would help, we explain what it covers and agree on its scope with you first.

What the introduction is not

It is not a technical assessment, security audit or compliance review, and nothing in your systems is touched. Any technical review is scoped separately and agreed in writing before it begins.

Request a time to talk about IT

Needed only if you would like a call back.

What would you like help with?
