A plain-language explanation of what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you choose to send us. When you use a form on this site or book a meeting, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, the service you are interested in and your message.
How you found us. When you send a request, we also record the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you arrived on (for example, "utm_source=newsletter") and the website that referred you. Your browser keeps this information in its own storage until you send a request or clear it.
Website usage. We may use a website analytics service to understand which pages are visited. If we do, it receives page addresses and general events such as button clicks, but never your name, email, phone number or message.
Please do not send passwords, account details, customer records or details of a security incident through this website.
How we use it

- To keep a record of our conversations with you in our customer relationship system
- To provide services you agree to
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, using information that does not identify you
We do not sell your information. Sending a request does not sign you up for marketing emails. If we ever offer an email newsletter, you will be asked separately, and every marketing email will include a way to opt out.
Who processes it for us
Our website host, forms, customer relationship system, scheduling tool and email are provided by service providers who process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship with you, and then delete or anonymize them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to emma.sitton@mygtg.com. You can also clear your browser's site storage at any time to remove the "how you found us" information kept there.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
