Managed IT

Help your people get back to work.

Computers, accounts, Microsoft 365 and everyday support all need clear ownership. Guardian helps you understand what needs attention and puts the right support in place.

Who it is for

The owner or office manager who has become the IT department

You run a business, a practice or an office, and somewhere along the way you also became the person who fixes the printer, resets passwords and wonders whether the backups work. You need someone responsible for your technology every month, not only when something breaks.

Sound familiar?

  • Small computer problems keep interrupting the day.
  • Nobody is sure the backups would actually restore.
  • Former employees may still have access.
  • You are paying for software licenses you cannot account for.
  • When something breaks, it is not clear who to call.

Scope

What managed IT can cover

Every plan is scoped to your users, devices and locations, and confirmed in writing. These are the areas a plan typically covers.

Everyday support

Help by phone, remote session or onsite when a computer, account or application stops working.

Computers kept current

Workstations and servers patched and monitored, with aging equipment flagged before it fails.

Microsoft 365

Setup, licensing and day-to-day administration for email, Teams and files, including secure sign-in.

Backup and recovery

Backups for the files and systems the business cannot lose, with restores tested before you need one.

People joining and leaving

New-hire setup and a documented offboarding when someone leaves, so access is never left behind.

Network, phones and vendors

Internet, Wi-Fi, firewalls, remote access and phones, with technology vendors coordinated for you.

Clear boundaries: anything not in your written scope is not assumed. If you need something outside it, we tell you before work starts and what it would cost.

How it works

From first call to steady support

  1. Talk

A 15-minute introduction about what works, what interrupts your day and what you would like to improve. No passwords or remote access needed.

  2. Review

If a closer look makes sense, we agree on its scope in writing first, then review your setup and share plain-language findings.

  3. Onboard

With your approval, people, devices and accounts are documented and brought under management, one agreed step at a time.

What you receive

Findings you can read without a translator

After a review, you get a short summary of what we found and what we recommend doing first. Each item has a reason and a priority, so you can decide with confidence.

Illustrative sample. Fictional company.

Recommended first steps

  1. Test a restore this month. Backups run, but nobody has confirmed a file can be recovered.
  2. Remove two former employees' access. Both still have active Microsoft 365 accounts and licenses.
  3. Turn on a second sign-in step for email. Currently password-only for all 14 users.
  4. Plan to replace three laptops. They stop receiving security updates next year.

Cost

What shapes the price

Plans are scoped to your situation, so we discuss scope before proposing options. The main factors are:

  • Number of people and devices
  • Number of locations and how much onsite help you need
  • The software and systems the business depends on
  • Backup and security requirements
  • Whether you have internal IT staff to share responsibilities with

Start with a conversation

A 15-minute introduction is enough to tell whether Guardian is a good fit and what a plan would cover.

From the field

We are collecting permission-approved stories from current managed IT clients. Until then, we would rather show you how the work is done than borrow someone else's words.

Common questions

We already have an IT person. Can we still talk?

Yes. Tell us where you need support so we can discuss whether a focused engagement makes sense. Any scope we propose explains who owns each responsibility, so your existing person stays involved where it helps.

Do we have to change everything?

No. The first conversation is about your needs. Any proposed change should have a clear reason, scope and cost before anything happens.

How much will it cost?

Cost depends on your people, devices, locations, software and the responsibilities you want covered. We discuss scope first, then propose service options in writing. We do not publish a price that might not match your situation.

Do you work onsite?

Yes. Guardian helps by phone, by remote session and onsite in East Texas. Your written scope says which applies to what.

What happens to our current setup when we start?

We start by documenting what you have: people, devices, accounts, backups and vendors. Changes are agreed with you first. Nothing is switched off or replaced without your approval.

Who does your team call today?

If the answer takes more than a few seconds, it is worth a short conversation.
